OMG, I hear you. I am not a believer of remove the fat add artificial, I just haven't wrapped my mind around that concept yet. I love taking photos, before I started blogging I never knew that food come come alive so much through a lens. I just checked out your page and the pictures are beautiful, you are working the point and shoot.... you go girl!
I am so happy to hear among the other 1600 people that FBF is giving away a camera every month. I know I will be tuned in for a chance to win!

Hi there! I found your blog through Florida Foodies on FBF! Your blog is just lovely, and you have the most amazing photos. Sorry to hear about your camera. I just came through my own year long camera crisis. I had been "borrowing" my 10 yr old's camera. I finally got a new camera....it's a point & shoot (sony cybershot), but I love it!! A DSLR isn't in the budget right now, and it's great to have a camera all my very own again.

These potatoes look so tasty! I also use Daisy sour cream...I love your quality ingredients. I like using full fat...don't like what they add in when they take fat out. Fat is not the enemy, it's taking in more calories than burning. I love it when I "meet" like-minded foodies.
