This week I am cooking recipes from my friend Jaden Hair “The  Steamy Kitchen Cookbook, www.steamykitchen.com” . I am very lucky to have a family of E-A-T-E-R-S! I don’t have to worry about my kids not eating or eating that. They have been eating from different cultures all their lives. I am so thankful that I introduced them early to all types of food. No fussy eaters at my house. So, after I finished plating the food, I started taking pictures of course. Well, my down fall was I yelled “time to eat and they came running. I had only snapped one shot , then I needed to change my battery in the camera; when I looked around my youngest son Amari was all in it. Before I knew it he was taking big bites and huge gulps of my prop. Why Amari Why? He was enjoying the food so much I couldn’t help but take pictures of him enjoying the meal. Continue Reading »
